I'd just like to take a moment to praise your Sales progression team - Clare up until the point she happily went on holiday was very helpful in dealing with the vagaries of the chain and conflicting interests - kept me informed and up to date on everything happening. I also want to make a special mention of Saphire - she really went over and above for us to get this completed. She has had to be unbelievably tenacious and energetic with a large slice of relentless pursuit thrown in to push everyone to the exchange.
