I found Chelsey at Streets Ahead really listened to what I was looking for (sadly almost unique among the other estate agents I dealt with!) and showed me lots of appropriate flats. Chelsea and her colleagues were professional, proactive and always quick to respond to any queries. They also didn't try to hard-sell other services - something I've found really off-putting with other agents.
