We recently bought a house through streets ahead and received a fantastic service throughout the buying process. It all started with Harley Perrio, who, unlike other estate agents we dealt with, listened to our requirements and remained in constant contact with us while he looked for the perfect property for us. Once he had found it and our offer had been accepted we were passed on to Saphire King-Harris who continued the outstanding service. Just like Harley, she was available at all times during the purchase, including answering my e mails when she was off sick. Saphire also put a huge amount of effort into helping the existing tenants in the property find a new place to live. Without her hard work the sale would have collapsed and we would have missed out on our dream house.
