Gemma was the agent who helped us through viewing our first flat and I have to say she was very helpful and professional. She gave us all the information about referencing and how we would go about making an offer on the property. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and others in the area. She honestly was just really on it, organised and well prepared! She made it so easy to keep in contact and give us the info we needed. It was the best experience we have had with an estate agent! :D
