With a polite and professional efficiency, he deals with any issues, and often preempts them. He has gone out of his way to research, price check, and facilitate repairs and replacements. I am constantly kept in the loop while being buffered from any inconveniences. I feel very much at ease leaving the management of my property to him and Streets Ahead.
