We signed up to the service in September 2019, which has allowed us 6 months to understand, review and appreciate the work done by yourself. As a multiple landlord, with over 25 properties, I am well versed in this market, and have dealt with many agencies over the years. Streets Ahead has particularly shone through with this exemplar service, offering a hassle free, fully managed property service at reasonable rates. Cherelle managed to convince me to hand over one block of flats to the agency to manage on this premiere scheme, which in itself was hard enough for me based on poor past experiences. I was quietly impressed with her professionalism, 'can do' attitude and eagerness to help. The service allowed her to help not only help the landlord, but equally the tenant also, which in turn keeps the mutual relationship strong and the tenant renting for longer. The addition of the rent warranty insurance, emergency mobile line as well as the quarterly inspections made the scheme stand out from others. This was packaged together with a small premium on top of my usual letting fees, and taken in installments. This package ensured the premiere scheme worked for me, whilst equally being beneficial to Streets Ahead. To Other Landlords: I would recommend the agency, and its premiere service, to all multiple landlords who operate in the Croydon borough and neighbouring areas. Cherelle will look after your property, ensure its well maintained throughout the tenancy as well as take the stress out of renting. To Streets Ahead: I would support the service and look forward to seeing your expansion of this team. I think the balance between customer service, value for money and stress-free management is key to any landlord. This service currently manages to reach a harmonious equilibrium on each of these factors, which is rare in todays property market. My only suggestion for improvements would be to create a more tailored monthly rental reporting system, as the current statement service is not conducive for multiple landlords. Moreover, I would also encourage an expansion. Keep up the good work and thank you for your ongoing support. Thanks
