Love the way you guys have adapted to the covid era by allowing online viewing and by making sure the videos cover most of the details customers look for when they visit in person. A bit disappointed with the support during the move in day, But that is probably because of the confusion I had on what responsibilities are taken up by landlord and the letting agents.
