I would like to give 5 stars to George Barnes & Emma Mckenzie, from Streets Ahead Croydon branch, for their great services that they offered me in finding an excellent property that fits with my budget and my expectations. Over one month and half, between January & February 2020, George gave me the opportinuty to visit multiple properties that he or his colleagues were managing in Croydon area. For those visits, I benefited from George's flexibility in time scheduling, his attention to my needs and his proactive approach. Emma has been also very flexible and proactive during the process of filling all the documents to kick off the contract. I would like to thank both again (George and Emma), and their other colleagues that I have met during the visit of the properties to rent.

Super quick and efficient. Alex and Gareth were wonderful in the flat visits, answering all our questions and replying super quickly to our emails. Once we've been accepted for a flat, Emma has been really efficient in finishing the process, and went out of her way liaising with the landlord for a small problem we had. Thank you :)

I have the pleasure of working with Mr Lucas Oliveira and I can completely vouch for his dedication to his customers. As a renter, I was scared that I would be deemed less important than if I were a buyer, but any little issue that I have ever had, Mr Oliveira has gone above and beyond to fix it and he has always being extremely kind and understanding towards me. In addition to that, he is extremely efficient with his response time. I can pretty much always be sure to have an answer to an email that I write to him within the hour, quite unlike some previous experience that I have had with previous agents. His dedication, kindness and efficiency puts me in confidence when it comes referring to him when I am ready to start working towards buying a house within 18 months or so from now.

Croydon brunch of the Street Ahead was very kind and helpful it was a pleasure to work with it’s agents. Gareth whom I met on the viewing who explained everything about the flat and Alex who kindly answered to loads of my question on a phone that was extremely helpful and especially George with whom I worked closely and who is very kind man and he truly understands what kind of property I was looking for. I had a feeling that this branch is a one big family which wants to help you in your search.
