I'm not usually one to leave reviews but after recent events, I thought I'd leave one, as a show of appreciation. I'd like to say a big thank you to my property manager rob owen and my landlord. After a lockdown being announced, I was obviously worried about the financial implications. I contacted Rob and he was a great help from the get go, very understanding and helpful and was great in negotiating a short term solution between myself and the landlord. I'm very grateful to them both and the whole team at streets ahead!

Just want to say that the best decision I made was allowing Streets Ahead to fully manage my property. In particular, I have found Callum Hayden to be on top of everything. With a polite and professional efficiency, he deals with any issues, and often preempts them. He has gone out of his way to research, price check, and facilitate repairs and replacements. I am constantly kept in the loop while being buffered from any inconveniences. I feel very much at ease leaving the management of my property to him and Streets Ahead.

Heartly thanks to Alexandra who is the best faculty I had never met before in any estate agencies. Street ahead lucky to have a faculty like this. Before street ahead, I had preferred many estate agencies whom their way of treating and explaining about homes was not satisfied to me. But, street ahead gives me a best way of getting the new house specially the faculty Alex helps me a lot. I like her way of treating the customers with a kindness and kind words. I had the pleasure to deal with Myles and Alexandra from Streets Ahead agency in Croydon. Although we didn't rent with them in the end (because the area is a bit too far away from where we are going to work), Alex and Myles were super competent and provided a great service.
