We dealt mostly with Marina. Marina was excellent. Streets Ahead were more expensive than others that we looked at but we felt that Streets Ahead were more likely to be well established to have a wide range of potential buyers for our shared ownership property. Streets Ahead arranged for great photos to be taken which made our property look amazing. We had regular viewings with suitable notice. We had one or two people who Streets Ahead screened for financial health checks to ensure their ability to purchase the property who were not suitable and therefore saved us time and later disappointment. Marina and her colleague Gary were also excellent at following up with our buyer and their solicitor to keep the process moving forward. If it wasn't for Marina and her dedication then our sale would most likely have fallen through. We were very lucky to complete even during Lockdown with the Streets Ahead offices closed which once again demonstrated Marina's dedication to getting the job done. Thank you.
