During the difficult pandemic time Rob Owen (property manager) has been proactively and unprompted communicating with my tenant to ascertain his situation and offer guidance as to possible assistance and then keeping me, as landlord, fully up to date on the situation and its financial implications. Callum is our property manager from the Addiscombe branch, since we moved to the house last year he has been very helpful if there’s any problem with the house ( a lot of problems) He’s been liaising between us and the landlord very well (given the landlord’s location). He’s also arranged a temporary property manager while he’s on leave. All I can say is how professional and I won’t hesitate him to manage your property.
