After a chance meeting with James i decided to give Martin & Co. the task of letting 2 properties that i needed to find good professional tenants for very quickly. Whilst most of James' competition were sipping mulled wine and grazing on mince pies James made himself available over the Christmas and New Year period and got to work in searching for tenants straight away. He found 2 sets of excellent tenants for me and i will definitely be using him to find tenants again in future. I'd happily recommend James and his team at Martin & Co Crystal Palace.
