I recently bought a property that was sold by Martin & Co. It was a tricky sale as the freehold needed to be purchased and the seller was very anxious to complete (and he was constantly threatening to pull out if it didn't complete in time). I honestly don't think it would have gone through without James, who was amazing. He kept in constant contact with everyone the whole time and chased all the lawyers involved (mine and the sellers) to make sure all the necessary steps were done in time. That was my experience as a buyer so I know that if I ever sold my property though Martin and Co, James would do everything in his power to make sure the sale completed and nothing held it up.
