We had a fantastic experience with Michael Darby and James Gough from Martin & Co. Our property-buying process was extremely long and stressful (through no fault of the estate agent) and we couldn't have had better customer service from Michael and James. They were so empathetic and supportive, and we never had to chase them. They took initiative to push for us and kept us up-to-date at all times which honestly was invaluable during a process that felt hopeless at times. It felt like they were really on our side.
