I have had mostly negative past experiences of estate agents in the past unfortunately (including our own selling agent), but this branch of Martin & Co (Director James Gough in particular) were a pleasure to deal with - never thought I'd say this about any estate agent! From initial viewing, through to completion they were incredibly helpful, genuine, and communication was great. We had several delays from our side, issues with some paperwork, leases etc, and a VERY nervous seller so not an easy sale, but James really went the extra mile to ensure that the sale completed amicably, and that ALL parties were happy and kept updated on developments / issues. James was so helpful and I can't recommend him / this branch enough. IF we sell in the future, we will definitely be using them, and will recommend them to friends & family (and your good self).
