James and his team at Martin & Co Crystal Palace recently helped us sell two properties within six months - both rather challenging transactions, for various reasons, but Martin & Co's advice, support , reassurance and communication was excellent throughout. With the first property (a 2-bed house) we actually put it on the market with both a much bigger local agency AND Martin & Co, and were impressed to get more than double the number of viewings with M&Co (and far superior photography) compared to the other agency. Would highly recommend :-)
