Martin&Co were the sellers Estate Agents that were working on the vendors behalf but I have to say, by the end, I thought they were working for both of us based on the amazing service they provided me. I couldn't recommend the company more, especially James who was an absolute gent throughout, what can be a rather stressful process! 5* rating and yes...I will be using them when I come to sell. :)
