Don't let them manage your block of flats. We we're threatened with prison because accounts weren't filed on time with companies house. They've lost years worth of company paper work. Work carried out by their contractors was mostly very poor standard and they refused to fix it. Accounts look like a 2 year old done them. Staff are lovely when they're getting money but aggressive and hostile when challenged. They mostly employ friends who are mostly incompetent. They don't have a clue when it comes to leasehold properties.
