Thank you to the team at Livermores for marketing and aiding the completion of my house sale in slightly turbulent times. It’s the first house I’ve had to sell, the Manager Mark is a nice bloke, easy to talk to and gave an honest appraisal. It was evident that he’d put in more effort than other agents to present me with comparative properties in the area, realistic sale prices etc. They arranged a couple of open days and following these there was no pressure to accept the offers that were put to me.
