I have used Livermores to help me rent out my flat for several years now. Overall I have been very pleased with the experience. They are very easy to get hold of and on with regardless of who I am dealing with or what I have asked of them. In recent months they have been incredibly helpful as my entire flat needed clearing out and decorating prior to a new tenant moving in. This all went very smoothly and I was kept fully informed along the way. I was also very impressed with the speed at which suitable tenants were found. I cannot fault Andrew Tustin who is currently managing my flat. Very friendly and obliging. There has been the occasional hiccup over the years, sometimes out of their control, but I have found them to be very fair when it comes to managing these which is important to me.
