Very unprofessional. 0 for customer service, infact no service was given, rude on the phone. when you go for a viewing nobody turns up, when you call them they say the flat has been sold. They a lie comes from them that there has been 2 voicemail and a email sent over.............dont know to whom as I did not receive anything. then the colleague supports the person lieing. Till now no email no voicemail. Stay away from them.
