She was always happy to help, very reliable and went above and beyond in looking after me as a tenant…ensuring that the property was in perfect shape (i.e. all repairs, replacements and the issuing of necessary certificates were done and done on time). I also truly appreciate the excellent support, dedication and helpful contributions of Linda Baillie, during my tenancy.
