The staff were very helpful and courteous, they practically managed the process from start to end with so much professionalism and support - what stood out for me was the constant communication to update on goings-on, the level of friendliness was touché and the seamlessness of the overall run of events. Very special commendation to Ray Shukla, he was hands-on from the conception up until my 'unbundling', thank you Ray, thank you Livermores.
