We were impressed withe service offered by Reeds Rains from day one. It was clear from the hand-delivered letter which arrived 24 hours beforehand, that they had done their homework on our property, its location and its aspect before their valuer arrived next day in order to pitch for our business. When events out of our control meant that things went wrong in the chain of buyers and sellers below us, the support and advice were sound and sensible, and their policy of financially vetting interested parties before listening to offers, kept time wasters at bay. This is a small, but well led team. They regularly updated us on progress, co-ordinated communication with all parties, and were patient and professional when our anxiety led us to call them frequently in order to express frustration with matters beyond our control, or to push for rapid progress. We are certain that we would not have received this level of service and commitment from many other agencies and certainly not from the on-line services. Highly recommended.
