It was quite daunting to consider renting as it was something I had not done before, but ALE reassured me and took on the whole situation. They found just the right tenant in no time who even agreed to pay a years rent up front which was a real advantage for me in my situation. I was so glad I was with them and they knew all about how to sort out my rental quickly and safely. What a relief! They made sure I got the best possible rental price for the property. The tenants have moved in for a year and that is one less thing I have to worry about.
