Needed a house to rentat very short notice - ALE sorted me out the same day. From my first encounter with them, i have been impressed with their professionalism and speed. I would have been able to move in 3 working days after my initial contact (although i chose to wait until the weekend instead). On my day of moving in, I noticed the boiler was faulty - the maintenance department answered immediately, and an engineer was arranged at no cost to myself. Absolutely faultless.
