Posts pictures of a property from literally years earlier which look absolutely nothing like the property you go to view. What’s the point?
Not the best company I have had dealings with - let's say not good
They fail on multiple fronts. Firstly when being shown round several properties, the agent did not know a significant portion of property details, we knew more than them at times! It was like being shown round by a zombie. Secondly, the website is not particularly user friendly, as you have to sift through mostly old/stc listings to find anything. Here again they fall short by often missing important information in the listing, such as tenure. I know that tenure status is sometimes difficult to ascertain, but you cannot tell me when other estate agents manage to find out for the most part, that you can't for any of yours. I have given two stars not one as the employees are at least friendly in person and by phone for the most part. Even on that there is sometimes an issue, I rang once and was spoken to rather rudely by a male, who barked that he was on his lunch. There is a simple answer to this... If you are on your lunch and do not wish to be disturbed, do not answer the phone :)

What a strange estate agents. The female staff stare out of the window all day at other women. I even had two of them stand up and glare out at me as I parked. This is not an isolated incident either. You find them staring all the time. Puts you off going in.
Paul seems to be a fair and unfazed landlord however, I was disgusted to see that he totally supported the wedding shop that closed without notice, the tenant had fraudulently signed guarantor paperwork herself, claiming to be her friend … More
Poor communication and not very helpful. Lied multiple times. Wouldn't recommend.
Very poor practice from this letting agency. Notified them of my intention to early terminate by emailing the owner, and a few hours later by forwarding the email on to the lettings manager. Both emails were ignored. Followed up the emails two days later by phone, to be told that I have to serve notice directly to the landlord and not them, meaning that I've added an extra couple of days on to my tenancy. My landlords address on my contract? Care of Ainsworth Lord Estates, 49 Market Street, Darwen.
