Rented a property & paid the fees. They listed problems that needed rectifying by the Landlord. House was alarmed (we were told). Now told "yeah, alarm doesn't work, thought it did"? Told us for over a month they were waiting for the code. So, our insurance goes up an extra £15 per month. 3 months on NO repairs have been done! Even after numerous calls to Darwen branch as well as pesonal visits into the office & calls to Head office. No courtesy call or any return call for that matter! Now told its not their job to sort the issues as they work on behalf of the landlord NOT the tennant! Not what we were told when we paid over the fees and signed the paperwork! Not their fault as they use a 3rd party who wrote those faults down! YOUR MOVE DARWEN - NOT OUR FAULT!!!
