Charged disgusting amount of

I would not recommend this agency to anybody. We made the mistake of trying to rent a property using John Shepherd only backed out after realising how ridiculously overcharged and ripped off we were being. Their fees are disgusting. And they kept all of our money that they had (unfortunately for us) already taken even though it was not possible that they done ANYTHING in the time it took us realise what was happening. I feel taken advantage of and would like to request people to avoid this company at all costs. AWFUL.

This company are an absolute disgrace. I am sadly beholden to them as I am locked into a tenancy agreement which I am unable to break. I was witness to one of the most DISGUSTING email exchanges I\'ve ever had the displeasure of reading yesterday courtesy of their appalling excuse for a Property Manager,* and she deals (I use this term LOOSELY) with tenants based in Birmingham City Centre. I would advise anyone to avoid these piranhas at all costs.
