I had a very disappointing experience with ''Satnam Kaur'' as my letting agent. Unfortunately, she consistently failed to meet expectations throughout the process. Firstly, Satnam was often unreachable. Many of my calls went unanswered, and there was little to no follow-up on important matters. On the rare occasions she did pick up the phone, she would assure me that the task would be completed within 15 minutes, but this promise was never fulfilled. This lack of communication and follow-through caused significant delays and frustration. If you happen to have Satnam Kaur handling your letting agreement, be prepared for a challenging experience. Worst agency ever. Inconsiderate.

One of the worst agents I've dealt with as a landlord, awful communication and failed to rent a property of mine for 2+ months. Gave it to another agent and they let it within 1.5 weeks. They didn't seem to care and never answered the phone. Landlords, I would avoid this one

I would give zero stars if I could. They haven't a clue about lha rates or house pricing being considerably more from the South East England where I am from. Awful customer service. Avoid.

They promise that they will send the virtual tours or more details. However nothing happened

An awful experience. Lots of misinformation both on website regarding the properties to let & inaccurate pictures. Once viewed misleading information about the property. In my opinion, avoid at all cost.

We have been fatally scammed

We have been fatally scammed by this "agency". WE DO WARN EVERYONE before proceeding with them, as the problems never arise before signing the contract. It has been an absolute nightmare since barely a year ago decided to move somewhere else. Our minimum stay was over by then. They have completely stolen our deposit, leaving us in a critical financial situation after having a baby and both of us lost our jobs because of Covid. As an example, they quoted £900 for a job that can be easily done for £100 (we indeed found many contractors that can prove this). We have been completely helpless. Please, stay away from these unethical and heartless people, they can ruin your life as they did to us.

Absolute Disgrace to the

Rented an apartment from them for 2 years, had the curtain rail fall off the wall just missing my 1 and 2 year old! massive holes in the walls, mould around all windows and on walls had to spray them at least 2 times per week from September till May, stains on all carpets living room bedrooms and hall ways, cracks in the bath panel and mould in the tiles round the bath. Moved out 01/11/2020 this is when it all happens! they have taken more than 10 days for my deposit, apparently someone was off on annual leave - surely another worker should take on there work? i have a bill for a cleaner as there was dust on the skirting board (they done the check out 1 week after i moved out so bound to be) i have already sent them the cleaners certificate confirming the apartment was deep cleaned, i have also a bill for cleaning the chairs (again cleaned by my cleaner) they are also trying to bill me for mattresses for the beds i didn't use and stored in the garage as per the landlord and they we full of mould and rats when i went to put them back i called landlord as didnt want to spoil the nice clean carpet i had just paid for. he advised this was ok but now JS are trying to make me pay for them....errr no landlord knew his garage was not secure or air tight so bound to happen sorry. i have not had a thank you for getting the stains from the carpet as my cleaner managed to get them all out and on the check out there is no mention of the 'old' stains?!?!?! also i have filled the holes left by the falling curtain rail and painted so it looks brand new STEER CLEAR i will be writing this same review on every available platform as they do not deserve your money!!!
