Very Unprofessional. We saw a flat and totally loved it! I called right away before we left the flat to let know that we are interested and want to make an application. They said they going to call me the same day. Nobody called. The next day my boyfriend called and paid the application fee. After three hours suddenly they called and said that somebody already took the flat. How possible? Very poor communication and we felt very disappointed as we thought that everything was going as we expected. Would not recommend this letting agency and definitely will not pay any attention to their lettings anymore.

Two applications were taken on the same day, by different staff, for the property you were hoping to rent. Both applications were presented to the landlord, and unfortunately your application was not successful. You were emailed on the same day to advise you of this and your application fee was refunded straight away. If we can help you in finding an alternative property please contact us, we would be more than happy to help.
