Absolutely disgusting service! Very unprofessional and rude! Having to constantly pay their made up charges and they never reported the things that need repairing!! No contact from the landlord ever! I wouldn't ever recommend this company as they tried to con us out of the property after taking the deposit and tried letting another couple have it even those we was about to move in that day! The man who showed is around the property was hungover and smelt of alcohol and he didn't know anything about the area, council tax, rent, he knew nothing!! Absolutely unless!! They let themselves in to the property whenever they want without asking even though the contract says they should give 24 hours notice! Awful service!!!

Dear Shannon, I am slightly confused with this review as you moved into the property with us in March, and are still currently a tenant. As you are still residing in the property until next year we would not be able to return any deposit to you yet. I can assure you that no member of staff at Martin&Co would ever come to work hungover, and we pride ourselves in being experts of the local area. The staff member who did your viewing, previously lived close to your property so would have a good insight of the local amenities. You have an inspection with us next week (rearranged by yourselves to accommodate your availability) so please feel free to bring up any maintenance-related issues to my property manager, or alternatively please call the office to report these on 01332 650068.
