Been the first time i have used Martin and Co it will be my last . From the first day i arranged to to set up a contract with , the staff was so rude and bullyish over the phone , i thought i might have some doing's with them ? As i work away i left my Keys at home i rang them to see if they had a spare set , they charged me £20 i couldnt believe it i could get 6 cut for that . And finally when i left trying to get your deposit back they take a fee of £15 for cleaning what a joke , so dont bother cleaning your room before you leave cos you get charged for it what ever . So that was my first and last time with this company hope this helps people out there if there thinking of using this company !!!!

Dear Michael, I do apologise that you were not happy with being charged £20 for your keys, however we do recommend on check-in with us, that you get a spare set cut for yourself as we do charge £10 per replacement key as you are given your first set of keys for free. There is a check in and check out report conducted before and after the start of your tenancy, and we do ask you to leave the room in the condition you found it in order to reclaim your full deposit. Our property manager felt that your room was not suitable for a new tenant to move into, therefore a deep clean was conducted.
