They let me move in to a house that was infested with mice. They gave me the wrong key when I arrived and had to wait hours until they came with a new one. Took weeks for them to even bother to get poison for nice. Rude and unresponsive when we raised issues. Basement of house was mouldy and damp which emanated to other rooms. They claimed it didn't. Just a really bad company which ruined my time in Derby. Do yourself a favour and find another agent.
