One word - Unprofessional. Unfortunately I had to deal with the managers of the Derby branch after having numerous issues with the incompetent staff at their Coalville branch. Both managers were extremely unpleasant, aloof, unwilling to sort issues with professionalism, very low standard, poor communication. In May 2021 I formally complained and removed all my properties from their rental management service. They are the worst estate agents I had to deal with.
