I am an overseas landlord and therefore finding the right agent is important to me. I had my property looked after Professional Properties for a couple of years. Due to unfortunate event, my tenant stopped paying rent for the past 9 months. During this period, I had excellent support and more importantly patient in dealing with my case. And especially having the patience in being at the property twice waiting for the bailiffs for the eviction process to take place.
