As a landlord I appreciate the help in choosing a property that is wanted in the rental market. Different types of houses and different areas make a difference to the likelihood of getting tenants in a timely manner. I spoke with Simon and he gave excellent help and advice on selecting the right property. Following purchase he came out twice to do an evaluation and then later after agreeing terms he came to take photographs.
