We came or professional properties after using the so called market leading local agent for a period of time with no success and what a difference we found. The first agent were sending unqualified and unsuitable viewings and the marketing was really poor. No one from the office came to see our home (other than the valuer who we never heard from again). Simon and Nicola from PP were the opposite and handled all our viewings for us and made sure they took the time to find out if the home was suitable before booking in the viewings. The marketing was great and the videos and 360 tour really helped. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us when the offer was accepted to get the deal through in 7 weeks.
