The change was so easy from my old apartment to my new one, only problem we had was when it came to 10am and no one was there to let us in but that wasn't an issue as i'm fully aware what morning meetings are like. Will recommend and be using your company again thank you so much for the help

Being a first time landlord, coupled with moving abroad, I'm trusting Professional Properties to look after my house! Professional Properties have been great. The transition and communication is always great. Anything we didn't understand was explained. Both Kelsey and Lucy were very friendly and approachable and did there up most to be reassuring and efficient. No hidden/extra unexplained fees. I was really hesitant with dealing with an agency as I had heard mixed reviews but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The whole process was really smooth and I felt at ease with updates the whole way through. The contracts team were so helpful and responsive, Laura and Lucy worked really hard to make sure I got in before the deadline I had given. Couldn’t recommend more!!
