Excellent help and advice for landlords

As a landlord looking to buy a suitable property for rental, I contacted Simon Joyce at Professional Properties and he provided me with excellent help & advice. Having purchased the property, Simon then came and did the rental valuation and then made a follow up visit to take photographs. His service from the start to end was Excellent. Excellent advisory service

As a landlord I appreciate the help in choosing a property that is wanted in the rental market. Different types of houses and different areas make a difference to the likelihood of getting tenants in a timely manner. I spoke with Simon and he gave excellent help and advice on selecting the right property. Following purchase he came out twice to do an evaluation and then later after agreeing terms he came to take photographs. We have used Professional Properties previously and been happy with the service they provide from rent collection and regular property inspection.
