Having lived on a narrowboat for the last five years or so we were completely in the dark about the new rules and regulations regarding renting and didn’t even know if it would even be possible to do. We found a lovely little bungalow for rent with belvoir and a phone call later we were all set up for a viewing. Having pictured ourselves and our dog relaxing there, the belvoir ladies sorted everything out for us from referencing, deposit scheme, to getting our keys. Everything went through nice and smoothly without any hiccups thanks to the exceptional service we received.
