Belvoir Devizes have managed

Belvoir Devizes have managed our property now for around ten years. I am always very impressed with their communication and attention to detail to ensure that we are informed if any work is required to the property. They organise contractors quickly to rectify problems and re-lets have been arranged seamlessly when tenants move out. Having used other letting agents in the past, who did not ensure that the standard of the property was maintained, I cannot recommend Belvoir highly enough.

I have been with Belvoir as a landlord for nearly four years now. They have always been helpful and quick to communicate. Voids have been kept to the absolute minimum and there have never been any of the surprising extra charges that are very common with other letting agents. I can thoroughly recommend them. If I get any problems Susan does her best to sort it, and always notifies me if there is a delay etc so I'm always in the know

I do not like to complain but

I do not like to complain but I recently moved into a property in which I reported fault with shower and hot water . I have been very disappointed with the reaction from maintenance as I have not been able to have shower and it has now been 2 to 3 weeks and plumber has only just arranged to put this error right. I am paying rent where I cannot have shower or wash my hair which is very disappointing to me.
