Belvoir have acted as letting agents on our behalf for a number of years and the team have always been helpful, responsive and professional. In the recent difficult times David Devlin has sold a property for us and the service was exemplary with the liaison he maintained with both myself and the purchasers being truly impressive. i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Renting through Belvoir was a stress free experience that made the whole process a pleasure. The staff are all too willing to help, going above and beyond to ensure I received the full deposit back when I moved on. Any issues within the rental property were managed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Belvoir again in the future and recommend to others.

We rented with Belvoir for nearly 5 years, they were great and very professional from start to finish. We have dealt with Sue King, Susan Cannings and David Devlin, they have all been great and very quick to respond to any email/phone call. When we gave our noticed due to outgrowing the property Sue King was a huge help and was there every step of the way for any queries/questions we had right until the end. Our deposit was also returned to us in a very timely manner without any issues.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
