This is the kind of real estate all real estates should strive to be like. I had a long tenancy that was arranged and managed through Belvoir Devizes and they were superb. During the tenancy, communication was excellent and in the rare instances any maintenance issues arose, they were dealt with incredibly quickly. I really felt like more than just a tenant with Belvoir. When myself and my partner were in dire straits looking for a property in Devizes at extremely short notice, both Sues at Belvoir were not only efficient and professional, but extremely personable and caring. Finding a property for us in the local area, they really listened to our requirements, negotiating with the landlord to allow us to keep our cats, and ensured everything that we had to sign or look at was fully explained. To top it off when we collected keys, we received a wonderful welcome package including everything to keep us going as we moved in.
