I have been desperate for a new place to live for months, since my more recent accommodation became completely unviable. I struggled online for weeks, and at one point decided to go into EVERY real estate agents in Devizes IN PERSON in the hopes that a human face would somehow tip the balance. The other agencies were all varying levels of friendly, but every single one of them told me they were not even bothering to take people on their books as potential tenants because there was no point - there just aren’t enough properties to go around. “Log into Rightmove 20 hours a day and good luck!” The property market is a disgraceful mess and there WILL be riots soon. Belvoir were completely different from the start. Immediately friendly and sympathetic, they sat me down and took down all my details by hand, asking me several questions about exactly what I was looking for. Don’t get me wrong, they too are struggling with the market and providing their customers with what they’re seeking. But they didn’t leave me feeling hopeless. Susan and Sue are NOT what you’d expect just by looking at them. Professional, smart in both looks and intellect, they are also totally unflappable, genuinely genuine, interestED and interestING people. They tipped me off about a few properties that might be coming up that may suit me and saw me off with a smile on my face. Not long after (maybe about two weeks) they got in touch with a perfect little flat for me, and they were the fastest smoothest estate agent I have ever worked with. They answered my questions quickly and thoroughly and got me all the info I needed and then some. Their referencing agency were incredibly fast too, but I’m not reviewing them here! ;) All in all I think it has probably taken less than three weeks from initial contact about the property to getting the keys and moving in, and the whole process has been a delight. And that’s significant because my situation was actually kind of complicated. On my move-in day they even presented me with a really cute gift box of goodies. I never thought I’d feel like I’d made friends with my agency but here we are. Now they /claim/ they get most of their tenants more than 80% of their deposits back at the end of a tenancy. That’s seems optimistic to me, but if anyone can do it these ladies can. Looking forward to finding out! All in all, A+ 5⭐️ experience, cannot recommend enough!

Sue and Susan went above and beyond to help me secure my rental property. It was challenging to be there physically as I was moving from Edinburgh into Devizes and couldn’t manage travelling backwards and forewords. I have rented with belvoir for over 10 years and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. My last property I rented was handed back a few weeks ago now and Sue (aka the dragon) was amazing at the pre handover viewing. She was very friendly and made everything go smoothly. I'm now a home owner but I would definitely recommend this company to any renters. They are helpful, fair and friendly.

Excellent Letting and Managing Agent I have used Belvoir in Devizes as my letting agent for over 20 years and they have always been very efficient and fast at finding suitable tenants. I can affirm that in all that time, I have never had any problems with any of my tenants due to their diligence. I have also used Belvoir to manage my property for many years, which includes regular inspections and dealing with maintenance, repairs and safety requirements. The staff have always been very friendly, diligent and excellent at managing and accommodating these requirements.

What fantastic, welcoming and professional people to deal with. Every single person I have spoken to in the office has been personable, efficient, polite and hassle free.
