Wow Brilliant House sale

From the moment I called to ask for a valuation I was impressed with their response, I called 2 other agencies who were just as good when it came to sending someone out to value our home but In House sent Jamie and he was absolutely lovely. Jamie was thoughtful and not pushy (and even offered to come in and let our dog out before any potential buyers came to look at the property).He did say that he could sell our home for the top end of the asking price and that is exactly what he did within 24 hours of looking at our home. Even before he had taken photos or put the house on the official market site. Jamie knew his market and set about selling straight away. In House arranged for us to meet with a solicitor at their offices at a time convenient for us and kept us in the loop all the way through the sale. It was one of the quickest sales we have ever been involved in. from start to finish it was a pleasure working with IN House and Jamie and Phil.
