We have 3 properties with white gates and they’ve been mostly managed by Clare . The true testament of an agent is when things don’t go well . With one of the properties the tenant had stopped working and wasn’t paying rent . Clare was proactive in contacting the council and came back to me with an option whereby the tenant was rehabilitated back into work and any deficit was borne by the council . This was win win as it ensured tenant wasn’t evicted and inturn didn’t put pressure on our already pressured social housing system . Clare’s always been proactive and responds quickly to emails . We are hoping to bring more of our portfolio to her . A real asset .
