It is a joke to pay £150 for just viewing and applying for a house. Edit: I'm sure it was Doncaster branch, it's just that I don't use my real name here. It took you over two weeks to let us know that application wasn't successful for whatever reason. I can't afford 150 just to apply for a house. It's disgraceful to make money this way. Removing this review would cost you £150.

Hi Dawid, I think you may have the wrong Whitegates as we don't seem to have you on our system. However, if you have paid £150.00 this will not be for viewing. This will be for your application and if your application is approved it will be deducted from your first months rent or if the application is to fall through at no fault of your own this would be returned. It maybe worth giving the relevant Whitegates a call to confirm this. Please could you remove your review from our page. Thank you.
