As a landlord, I've used Martin & Co's tenant seek services for several years now. I initially chose them above other estate agents based upon their competitive pricing structure. I've always been very impressed by their ability to find the right tenant in extremely quick timescales. When letting my property it has never been on the market for more than a couple of weeks before they come forward with a suitable tenant. They fully vet potential tenants and to date I've never had any significant issues. With regards to my most recent let, they found me a tenant within 30mins of me giving them permission to advertise my property. Excellent service as always, and they come highly recommended.
