I recently transferred my entire Doncaster rental portfolio to the team at Moss Properties and, so far, I've been very pleased with the service I've received. I've been really impressed with the professionalism of the team in dealing with me, the previous letting agents and my tenants. It's been great to see their communications have been transparent and my tenants have been sensitively managed, reassuring them that they will be providing my tenants a fully managed service. On a personal note, I've enjoyed working with the whole team who took time to set up video meetings and walk me through the transfer process and setting up a group chat to keep me informed was a very nice touch! In addition, they have also taken on a new property for me and I've been very impressed in the creative way they have been marketing it using social media as well as the 'traditional' property channels.
