Worth 4.5. Francis and Rhiane brought about an uncomplicated, fairly swift transaction. Would personally prefer a little more face-to-face contact. Only by accident I met Rhiane once and then didn't realise she was the only person I was going to deal with as it seemed Francis disappeared from the scene without trace. But Rhiane has kept me in the picture all along and answered my questions. Not sure why camera fee of £150 is not included in total bill where there is a sale.
